​Due to the nature of fabrics, all sales are considered final once completed.

Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect fabrics in-store or confirm details via WhatsApp before making payment. Fabric measurements, colours, and designs are confirmed prior to purchase.

Refunds or exchanges are only considered in cases of genuine error on our part.

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of purchase or delivery, with proof of purchase provided and fabrics remaining in their original condition and packaging.
